Edinboro Counseling and Psychological Services (ECPS) is a community mental health organization based in Edinboro that provides counseling, psychological evaluations, and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. It operates as a professional counseling and psychology practice focused on diagnosing and treating mental health and behavioral disorders through therapy and assessment.
