Presentations at Your School/Organization: The Erie Co. Dept. of Health (ECDH) will provide a one-hour presentation consisting of a 45-minute overview of the programs, services, and County positions within the Department along with a 15-minute Q&A session at your school/organization. The presentation will focus on the importance of public health and how it is different than healthcare, and on how public health protects the community. If interested in a one-hour public health presentation at your school/organization, please provide: 1) number of participants and age range, 2) dates and times, 3) special instructions and/or security measures for entry into your facility.
Tour and Presentation at the Dept. of Health: With prior arrangements, a one-hour tour and overview of public health can be conducted at the Health Department, when scheduled in advance for a minimum of 5 or a maximum of 10 individuals. Transportation to and from the Health Dept. is your responsibility. Health Dept. hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 8 AM – 4:30 PM.
