About Erie Center for Arts & Technology (ECAT)

ECAT is a 501(c)(3) community-based educational arts and career training facility that inspires, educates, and empowers people of all ages with adult job training and creative youth program. Due to ECAT's unique model, all programming is provided at no cost to the participants. ECAT is modeled after the Manchester Bidwell Corporation, founded by Bill Strickland in Pittsburgh in the 1960s and successfully replicated throughout the U.S.
