The Carriage Homes at Asbury Ridge fulfill the needs of seniors who want to keep an independent lifestyle while having priority access to other services offered by Saint Mary’s Home of Erie. With only 26 homes, you'll be part of a close-knit community of friends and neighbors who continue to value their independence and vitality, yet want the ease of maintenance-free living.
Ranging in size from 1,400 to more than 1,800 square feet of living space, the Carriage Homes enable you to simplify your lifestyle without sacrificing space or quality. Our homes boast a spacious and bright living area, a four-season sunroom, an attached two-car garage, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and bathroom suite, a guest bedroom and a full bathroom, and ample closet and storage space.
Residential Living: With 74 suites and apartments, our Residential Living and Personal Care services offer Residents a supportive community that enriches all facets of their lives. Residents can take advantage of a wide array of services that enable them to maximize their independence in a fulfilling homelike environment.
Residents may live independently in a Residential Apartment and add on Personal Care Services if needed. Apartments are suitable for both individuals and couples; a second person fee applies. Residents pay one simplified monthly fee and have the option to pay Traditionally or to participate in a CCRC Entrance Fee program.
Skilled Nursing Care with All Private Rooms:
Residents of our nursing facility share in the life of the community while receiving health care services. Whether requiring only a short stay to recover from an illness or injury, or needing long-term care, residents receive 24-hour nursing supervision by a registered nurse under the guidance of a physician. Meals, housekeeping and laundry are included. Residents’ personal physicians may direct their care if on the active staff of Saint Mary’s Home of Erie
As part of our health care continuum, Saint Mary’s at Asbury Ridge offers physical, occupational, speech and respiratory therapies as ordered by the resident’s physician
Alzheimer's and Memory Care:
Saint Mary’s at Asbury Ridge promotes maximum independence for those in the early and middle stages of memory loss.
Respite Care:
Respite Care allows the caregiver to take a "break" from the demands of being a primary caregiver so that they have a chance to still be active participants in their own life. Respite Care can be a great solution for caregivers who want to take a vacation or need to travel for work, or for those who simply need a few days to themselves to recharge.
During a respite stay for your loved one, Saint Mary’s will provide all the care your loved one deserves so that you and your family can enjoy your brief time apart without feeling guilty.
Respite Care can also serve as an option to try out Saint Mary’s before making the commitment to move-in. Respite Care is available in our skilled nursing and residential living/personal care areas.
Respite stays are based on a daily rate. For a respite stay, furniture is provided, as well as all the other amenities (laundry, housekeeping, meals, local phone, etc.).
