Clarion Hospital was established in 1954 by five physicians who had a vision of providing short term healthcare for the citizens of Clarion County. Located off of I-80 at exit 62 in the forest covered mountains of the Pennsylvania Great Outdoors, Clarion Hospital offers health care throughout the course of a lifetime. Clarion Hospital is a modern, 67-bed facility dedicated to providing quality care to our community with services ranging from inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.
Offering a 24 hour Emergency Department with an Emergency Transport Helipad offers security for our community in emergency situations.
Using advanced imaging technology including a 16 Channel MRI, 64 Slice CT, PET scan, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound and 3-D Mammography our Diagnostic Imaging/Radiology Department provides round the clock diagnostic imaging for our physicians to properly diagnose and treat patients.
Clarion Hospital’s OR offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient surgical services right here in Clarion.
The inpatient units include ICU, Medical Surgical, and Inpatient Rehabilitation Center (ranked in the nation’s top 10 percent).
Outpatient services include same day surgery, diagnostic imaging (radiology), clinical laboratory services, The Cancer Center at Clarion Hospital offering both medical oncology & radiation oncology, pain management and an array of therapeutic support services.
