This program is designed as an educational experience that provides students with exposure to local employers, career pathways and opportunities for learning outside the traditional classroom.
Through the MDIC students will take part in the following activities:
A Full-Day Career Pathways Session, with several employer panels and employability skills activities
Several Employer Worksite Tours
Up to Three Job Shadows
A Work-Based Learning Experience (20 hours)
