Career Cafe's were created to offer career exploration/classroom speaker experiences for students in middle school, although they can easilt be adjusted to any grade level. Educators schedule a classroom speaker for the lunch time. Students sign up to attend the Career Cafe and have permission to enjoy their lunch while listening to a speaker share their story about a career in the featured industry.
