Experience Details
At the request of the Erie County Career Pathways Alliance, Erie Together and Northwest Tri-County Intermediate Unit #5 developed career ladders, associated lesson plans and activities for two careers in healthcare: Personal Care Aide and Phlebotomist.
The lessons and activities are attached as one PDF, but can be separated into two different lessons, if that is the chosen approach.
These lessons and activities are grounded in the Career Education and Work Standards, and can be used as artifacts.
Experience Requirements
These lessons are geared toward 9th -12th grade and meet the 11th grade CEW Standards.
