What You'll Do

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will work 1:1 with children and adolescents (ages 2–21) in home and school settings to support skill development and emotional wellness. Under the supervision of licensed clinicians, you will:

- Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
- Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
- Support emotional and behavioral regulation
- Collect and record data with accuracy
- Model strategies for families and caregivers
- Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration
- Assist with basic care needs as appropriate (e.g., bathroom assistance for young children)

Orientation: Approximately 2 weeks in Meadville (travel required).

Qualifications

Required:

- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Ability to obtain required clearances

Preferred (Not Required):

- Associate's degree OR 60+ college credits toward a Human Services–related Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services (experience not required)
- Experience working with children
- ABA experience (we will train!)
