Regional Behavioral Consultants (RBC) is expanding services into Erie County, and we're looking for mission-driven Licensed Behavior Consultants who want meaningful work in a supportive, clinically driven environment.

Since 2004, RBC has provided high-quality behavioral health services to children and families in Crawford County. As demand grows, we're expanding our community-based ABA services into Erie County to support more families in their homes and schools.

What You'll Do

As a Licensed Behavior Consultant, you will support children with autism and developmental delays through community-based services delivered in homes and schools throughout Erie County.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations and behavioral support plans
- Conduct behavioral assessments and assist with treatment planning
- Collaborate with treatment teams to monitor client progress
- Provide support and guidance to BHTs and direct care staff
- Complete documentation and progress reporting requirements
- Support ethical, evidence-based behavioral interventions

Collaboration & Training
- Train caregivers and educators in behavioral support strategies
- Partner with school teams to support student success
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations
- Attend IEP, IFSP, and transition planning meetings as appropriate
- Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers

Advocacy & Support
- Maintain open communication with caregivers and treatment teams
- Promote consistency across home, school, and community settings
- Support interdisciplinary care and collaborative treatment planning

Experience Requirements

Required:

- Master's degree in a behavioral or human services field
- Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License

Preferred:
- 1+ year experience working with children with autism or behavioral needs
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments and implementing treatment recommendations
- Familiarity with ABA methodologies such as DTT, NET, Verbal Behavior, and PRT
