Our Job Shadow Opportunity offers students and job seekers a behind-the-scenes look at modern manufacturing across Micro Mold, Plastikos, and Plastikos Medical. Participants may choose to spend time alongside professionals in a wide range of roles—toolmakers, machinists, engineers, automation and maintenance technicians, process technicians, quality inspectors, and more—to see how each team contributes to building high-quality parts and precision molds. From the hum of the shop floor to the problem-solving that happens at every workstation, job shadows provide a real-world view of our people, our technology, and the teamwork that keeps everything running.
