Micro Mold's Co-Op Program gives students a hands-on path into the fast-paced world of precision manufacturing, where learning happens on the floor—not just in a classroom. Co-op team members work alongside experienced professionals to support real projects in mold building, machining, quality, and production, gaining practical skills with industry tools, processes, and technology.
