Working in Early Childhood Education

Early Connections supports the success of young children and their families through leadership, advocacy, and quality programs in early care and education. Early Connections provides high-quality early care and education services to children at five locations, including three in the city of Erie, one in Union City, and one in North East. Our programs include preschool, child care, before-and-after school care, and summer care. Each location individualizes its offerings and hours to meet the needs of the families it serves. Every year, we serve over 275 children between birth and 12 years old.

Early Connections has wonderful high quality and trained staff who would love to share their career journeys and experiences working in Early Childhood Education. Our staff has varying levels of credentials, education and on-the-job training in both infant and toddler classrooms, as well as pre-school classrooms.
