One Hour Job Shadow - 9-1-1 Telecommunicator

Come learn about an exciting career in Public Safety by shadowing a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator! The Erie County Department of Public Safety would like to offer one hour observations that will allow students to sit with a 9-1-1 Telecommunicator as they take emergency calls in Erie County's 9-1-1 Call Center. This opportunity is limited to 2 students per one hour session and will need to be applied for. A Confidentiality Agreement does need completed prior to shadowing, so any applicants under the age of 18 will need to have the Agreement signed by a parent or guardian ahead of time.
