Resources

Erie Together led the creation of a new, invaluable resource for Erie County: our Profile of a Graduate. This tool was developed with the assistance of an outside consultant, YouScience, and the input of a 40-member, cross-sector Community Steering Committee, five focus groups, and a countywide survey that garnered more than 100 responses. The Profile of a Graduate articulates the skills and attributes we, in Erie County, believe our high school graduates should possess in order to achieve success throughout their lifetime. Now that we have this resource, school districts may use it to enhance their offerings, and Erie Together, through our collective impact approach, will help the broader community support the development of these skills in local youth. This is going to be a gamechanger!
