About E.E. Austin & Son, Inc.
E.E. Austin was founded in 1906 in Erie. We are in our 5th generation of Austin leadership and are still located on Erie's Eastside at 1919 Reed Street. We perform general construction and construction management services for commercial projects in Northwestern PA and Southwestern NY. Notable recent Erie projects include the Bayfront Marriott, the Warner Theater Renovation, UPMC Park Renovations, St. Vincent's ER/OR expansion, Hamot Patient Tower, Erie Insurance Office Building, Liberty Park Amphitheater, and many other buildings around town. If you've lived in Erie long enough, you've probably been in a building we've built.
We also own and operate Austin Servall Concrete. Austin Servall is a ready-mix concrete producer. We have two concrete plants and a fleet of 18 concrete trucks and a concrete pump truck. People often think concrete first when they hear the Austin name because our trucks are visible delivering concrete all over town.
