The National Association of Insurance Professionals, Inc. (NAIP) is a Pennsylvania 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization. Our mission is to create a pipeline to career and entrepreneurial opportunities in the insurance industry and to develop a pool of licensed and well trained insurance professionals to better service the needs of consumers in their community.
Our new Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training ( PACT) in insurance. The PACT is a professional program that will:
Prepare youth for call center customer service with a starting wage of $15.00-$17.00 per hour; enroll in our sixteen (15) month Full Apprenticeship; or to pursue uncapped earning potential through entrepreneurship working as a licensed insurance sales agent.
