Industrial Sales and Manufacturing (ISM) is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1963 by Jim Rutkowski, Sr. Today, the company occupies four facilities with a total floor plan of more than 125,000 square feet. ISM employs a highly qualified workforce of over 150 employees and offers a wide range of contract manufacturing services including machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, part cleaning and finishing. Using high-tech, state-of-the-art equipment such as 3D and fiber optic laser cutters, CNC flexible machining systems, plasma burners and robotic welders, ISM provides a full range of services for its customers.
