Springhill is a not for profit Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Erie, PA serving adults age 55 and better. Introduced initially by the Hamot Health Foundation, Springhill affiliated with Asbury Communities, Inc., in 2001. The community is home to nearly 300 residents with nearly a matching number of associates to serve the residents who live at Springhill. The 45 acre campus is comprised of 36 Garden Homes, 122 residential apartments, 35 personal care apartments, a long term care community offering short term rehabilitation and extended care, a memory support neighborhood and licensed home care. Of the nearly 300 employees that assist the older adults that live at Springhill, they are represented in the disciplines of nursing, food service, marketing, maintenance, housekeeping, transportation, recreation, salon and therapeutic services, wellness programs and administration.
